The Eiliaz Boutique is online store to sell and deliver good and nice fabric ( Stitched and Un-Stitched) to our valuable customers. Our Return policy is as under:
Product Return Policy:
When some one buy any thing from our online store.
1. If the product is delivered to the customer. If the
customer found our product defective he/she may return the product. ( We always
check the quality of all product before it is delivered.)
2. If the customer bought ang thing from our online store
and when he/she does not like the product but the product is in good
condition(not defective). That product can not be returned.
3. If in any case, the product received by the customer is
defective he/she send us the product back to us and we will issue/send him/her
the other product but we do not pay back the given money to the customer. The
customer buy any other item from our store.
a. If the value the product which was bought
by customer is higher then the value of the previous defective product.
The customer must pay the difference.
b. If the value of the product bought by the
customer is lower then the value of the previous product the website will pay
back the difference amount to the customer.
Exchange Item Policy:
1. In the case of only defective item, the customer must
inform the website within seven days after the receiving the parcel.
2. After seven days website is not bound to exchange the
defective product.
Courier Cost Policy:
In case of defective product only. The customer must pay the
courier cost to send back the product to the website. The website will not bear
the cost of courier.
